Hydraulically vibro-pressed in steel moulds, to the norms of IRC:SP:63. Every block leaves the press dense, square and to size.

High compaction closes the pores, so the surface resists wear, oil and water for years.

Locked on four sides

Every zig-zag edge keys into its neighbour. Braking trucks and turning trailers cannot push the blocks apart.

What lies beneath

A paver is only as good as its base. We prepare the subgrade, lay and compact the granular base, then screed the bedding layer before a single block goes down.
