Four-way interlock for ports, container yards and roads.
The dumbbell profile that stays put under braking traffic.
Lay it in herringbone and it holds its line for decades.
Six equal sides for an even, restful surface.
Exposed aggregate that looks like stone and grips like it.
A pavement that lets rain soak into the ground.
Airports, borders, ports and pilgrim routes. Places where a failed pavement is not an option.
Most paving failures start below the blocks. Our crews take the job from bare ground to a compacted, joint-filled surface.
We match block shape, thickness and concrete grade to the traffic you expect, from footfall to reach stackers.
Subgrade is shaped and compacted, then a granular base is laid and rolled to level.
A screeded sand bed takes the blocks, set against kerbs in the pattern the load calls for.
Plate compactors seat every block and joint sand locks the surface into one piece.
Hydraulic vibro-pressing. Every block is formed in a steel mould under pressure and vibration, on German-technology presses.
Three levels of testing. Raw materials, fresh production and cured stock are each checked against IRC:SP:63 and IS 15658.
Certified equipment. Presses and test rigs are inspected by reputed third-party agencies.
We will come back with the right block, a laying plan and a price.
