Pressed, not poured
Hydraulically vibro-pressed in steel moulds, to the norms of IRC:SP:63. Every block leaves the press dense, square and to size.

Shot-blasted face
Steel shot strips the cement skin and exposes the aggregate. The result is a stone-like face that grips underfoot, even when wet.

A paver is only as good as its base. We prepare the subgrade, lay and compact the granular base, then screed the bedding layer before a single block goes down.
